Walking is the best form of exercise – FACT!  It is the most efficient calorie burner, anyone can do it, you don’t need expensive equipment or a gym membership and you have so many opportunities to do it every day!

Sign up for one of our walking events so you don’t have to pounds those pavements on your own! With distances to suit even the most unenthusiastic exerciser, there is an event for anyone.
