CHARGE Family Day - 2nd July
Volunteer at the CHARGE London Family Day on the 2nd July in our TouchBase South East centre in Barnet.
On the day we will be working with the CHARGE London family group (CHARGE commonly affects the ears, eyes, heart and nose but can cause other health complications as well) to deliver a fun filled day for all the family by supporting children and young people with CHARGE syndrome their siblings and their families to take part in a range of activities including arts and crafts, sports, bouncy castle and swimming.

Sense in Tower Hamlets
Sense Young People’s Services in Tower Hamlets is an exciting and fun filled project offering buddying and holiday clubs. Volunteer today and you can support children and young people with disabilities to access activities, holiday clubs and to make the most of their free time. Lunch time support volunteer
Get to know our Sense College students, supporting them to make choices about their food, spending time with them, helping to set up and clear down at lunch times and being involved in food preparation and service during the week in term times.
The Summer term starts 24 April and runs until 11 August and ideally the lunchtime support volunteers would available at least one day a week over lunch times during the week.
Our activities volunteers will work alongside Sense College staff, helping to set up, clear away and take part in recreational activities such as arts and crafts, rebound therapy, music and drama, gardening or getting out into the community alongside our students with complex needs.
We're looking for volunteers to get involved during term time. The Summer term starts 24 April and runs until 11 August. Activity times may vary during the week, but will be during the day on a weekday.
